CRAVE Refund & Return Policy

At CRAVE, every item is made-to-order. Your POD apparel and accessories are produced when you place your order, and your swimwear is manufactured in small batches to ensure quality and hygiene.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns, except in cases where the item was:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Produced incorrectly (wrong item, wrong size printed, print defect, manufacturing error).

This policy applies to all CRAVE brands, including Crave Bikinis, Crave Wear, Swingersland, and all event-related merchandise.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES – FINAL SALE

Due to the nature of our products:

✔ Print-on-Demand (POD) items

Each item is custom-printed and created specifically for your order. POD items cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns or size exchanges.

✔ Bikinis & Intimate Apparel

For hygiene and safety, all swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for fit, color preference, or change of mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will:

  • Reprint or replace the item at no additional cost
    OR

  • Issue store credit (case by case)

To qualify:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will not be able to offer a replacement if:

  • The item was damaged after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear is present

  • You selected the wrong size

  • The item was used, worn, or altered

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUES

CRAVE is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Apartment numbers missing

  • Customer not retrieving the package from carrier

  • Courier theft after confirmed delivery

If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment fees.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders begin processing immediately:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production

  • Most POD items begin production within 1–3 hours

If you message us quickly and production hasn’t started yet, we will try to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellation.


EVENT TICKETS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All event-related purchases are non-refundable, unless:

  • The event is canceled by CRAVE

  • You purchased by mistake and message us within 1 hour

Event tickets may not be canceled due to change of plans, travel issues, or weather.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order. Since items are made on demand, CRAVE is unable to offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Preference changes

  • “It doesn’t fit how I expected”

  • “I changed my mind”

HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the damage/defect

  3. Photos of the packaging

  4. Short description of the issue

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
