CRAVE Shipping Policy

At CRAVE, we ship from multiple fulfillment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery for all CRAVE brands, including Crave Bikinis, Crave Wear, Swingersland, and Crave Events merchandise.
Our shipping services are powered by Envia, Printify, and trusted global carriers.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


📦 1. Order Processing Times

Print-on-Demand (Crave Wear / Swingersland / Lifestyle Merch)

Processing Time: 2–7 business days

Every item is made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure the best print quality.


Crave Bikinis (Handmade / Manufactured in Mexico)

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

We inspect each bikini for hygiene and quality before shipping.


Event Tickets / Digital Products

Delivered instantly by email unless otherwise noted.
If you do not receive your digital item within 10 minutes, contact us.


🚚 2. Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after processing.

🇺🇸 USA Shipping

  • Standard: 3–8 business days

  • Priority: 2–4 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar.


🇲🇽 Mexico Shipping

  • Local delivery: 2–5 business days

  • National shipping: 3–8 business days

Shipped using Envia’s partner carriers (Estafeta, Redpack, DHL MX, FedEx MX, etc).


🌍 International Shipping

  • Standard: 7–21 business days

  • Express: varies by region

Customs clearance may delay delivery.


📦 3. Multi-Item Orders (Why You May Receive Multiple Packages)

Because CRAVE uses multiple fulfillment partners:

  • Crave Wear (Printify)

  • Crave Bikinis (Mexico manufacturing)

  • Swingersland Merch (POD or warehouse)

  • Event passes (digital)

  • Accessories (varied partners)

Your order may arrive in separate packages.

You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.


🧾 4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Item weight

  • Item category (POD, swimwear, accessories)

  • Carrier selection

  • Envia rules

CRAVE does not profit from shipping fees.


🧾 5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

These vary by country and are not included in our prices.

CRAVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


📍 6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to:

  • Missing apartment numbers

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Mistyped addresses

  • Address changes after shipment

If your package is returned to us, you will be charged for reshipment.


🚫 7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered, CRAVE is not liable for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages taken from mailbox/doorstep

  • Delivery to wrong address due to customer entry error

Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package is lost before delivery is marked delivered, contact us and we will assist with an investigation.


🔄 8. Delivery Issues Through Printify or Envia

If an item is delayed or lost due to a Printify partner or an Envia carrier, we will help resolve the issue.
Resolution may include:

  • Reprint

  • Replacement item

  • Reshipment

  • Carrier claim support

Refunds are not provided unless required by law.


❌ 9. Items Not Eligible for Return Due to Shipping

Because of hygiene and POD production:

  • Swimwear (bikinis)

  • Print-on-demand apparel

  • Custom products

  • Discounted/sale items

  • Event tickets

cannot be returned to sender.

🎫 10. Event Tickets

Event passes for Swingersland or CRAVE Events are digital and will be emailed immediately after purchase.

If you do not see your ticket:

  1. Check spam/junk folder

  2. Confirm your email is correct

  3. Contact us at the email below

Event tickets are non-refundable unless CRAVE cancels the event.


📤 11. Shipping Updates & Tracking Numbers

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A second email with tracking information once shipped

  • Separate tracking numbers for each package if your order ships in parts

If tracking does not update for 7+ days, contact us.
