πŸ‘™ CRAVE Bikinis

Are the bikinis handmade?

Yes. Crave Bikinis are handmade in Mexico using high-quality materials. Each piece is produced in small batches to ensure fit, comfort, and durability.

Are bikinis returnable?

No. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all swimwear is final sale.
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.

Do your bikinis run true to size?

Most customers find our sizing accurate, but because all bodies differ, we recommend checking our full Size Guide.

Can I exchange my bikini for a different size?

No. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned swimwear.

How long does production take for POD items?

Print-on-demand products typically take 2–7 business days to print and prepare before shipping.

Can I return or exchange POD items?

No. Each item is made-to-order, so POD products are final sale unless damaged or misprinted.

Why did I receive my order in separate packages?

Because CRAVE uses multiple production partners (Printify, Mexico manufacturing, and Envia), items may arrive separately.
You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

Is Swingersland a lifestyle brand?

Yes. Swingersland is our adult lifestyle collection designed for open-minded adults and event communities.

Is my information private?

Absolutely. We do not share or disclose any lifestyle-related information. All data is confidential.

Are Swingersland items returnable?

No. These items are print-on-demand and final sale.


🚚 Shipping Questions

Where do you ship?

We ship to the USA, Mexico, and select international countries.

How long is shipping?

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Mexico: 2–8 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times begin after processing.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship using Envia partners, USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Redpack, Estafeta, and Printify’s provider network.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

If tracking shows β€œDelivered,” CRAVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the carrier directly.

What happens if the package is returned to sender?

You will be responsible for reshipment fees.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

We will replace any damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item.

Please email us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will resolve it quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders begin processing immediately.
Once production starts, cancellations are not guaranteed.

🎫 Events & Tickets

Are event tickets refundable?

No. All event tickets are non-refundable unless CRAVE cancels the event.

How will I receive my ticket?

Tickets are digital and sent instantly to your email.
Check spam/junk if not visible.

Are events 18+?

Yes. All CRAVE and Swingersland events are for adults only.

Is my event information private?

Yes. We do not share event-related personal data or attendee lists.
