3. Products & Services

CRAVE offers:

  • Print-on-Demand apparel and lifestyle products

  • Swimwear & intimate apparel

  • Events and ticketed experiences

  • Custom or limited-edition products

Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return/refund policies found in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to:

4. Pricing & Payment

CRAVE reserves the right to:

Payment is due at checkout. Accepted payment methods include Shopify Payments, major credit cards, and other supported processors.

5. Order Processing

Print-on-demand items are produced after an order is placed. Swimwear is manufactured in small batches. Event tickets and digital products are delivered electronically.

Once production or processing begins:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed

Shipping times vary and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs, or external factors.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • CRAVE is not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages

  • Replacement decisions are made case-by-case

International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes.

7. Returns & Refunds

CRAVE follows a strict No Return / No Refund policy due to:

  • Print-on-Demand production

  • Hygienic restrictions on swimwear

  • Event ticket policies

Refunds or replacements are provided only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect

  • The incorrect item was sent

8. Event Tickets & Adult Content

Some CRAVE services are related to adult lifestyle events or travel experiences.

By purchasing an event ticket, you acknowledge that:

  • Tickets are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for your own travel, behavior, and safety

  • CRAVE is not responsible for personal misconduct or interactions between attendees

  • Damages

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier errors

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Website downtime

  • Third-party service failures
